“Daves's Quality Homes do not do the repairs needed under the contract. We have been waiting for almost two years with major cracking in our ceilings because of in proper installation of the marriage wall. The home took on water and they tried to hide it from us at the time of delivery. I would not recommend buying a home from this company. They do not stand behind the warranty and contract.” -
