  “We just purchased a new 2011 home from them and there is no quality control before leaving the plant. The paint was terrible through the whole house, there were cracks in the walls, spray texture on everything but the walls and ceiling, tiles were not put on right (all uneven and bumpy on the walls). We paid for the ultimate kitchen but the sink is wrong, the accent tiles missing, scratches on the stainless steel, cabinet with spaces between them and cabinet crooked. The shower has cracks all in the grout and the shower head was missing. Most of the crown molding is missing the caulk to hide seams and gaps, wrong color tile floors, wrong doors and ones that are there are not hung right. The garbage disposal doesn't work either. On the outside the siding is warped and has holes in the trim. The roof shingles are loose and bubbled up. There service department says it is done and we signed off. We have never even seen them or gotten a call from them. We called to complain to upper management and they are rude and said we will get there when they can. So we get to pay for a house we can't even move into yet and they DONT CARE about their CUSTOMERS or the quality they put out. Run fast and look else where.”
